Leaf Express reserves the right to upgrade, downgrade or change the shipping service requested by the purchaser as it sees fit so as not to incur expenses unpaid by the purchaser. If your package is lost or damaged during transit via UPS, we will file a claim on your behalf. Claim investigations can take 8-10 business days to be completed and during that time frame a refund and/or replacement is not issued until the investigation is over. Leaf Express retains the right, as it sees fit, to upgrade, degrade or modify
the delivery service requested by the customer so as not to incur costs unpaid by the buyer. We often need a signature at our discretion for shipments to specific places or customers. A physical address for UPS orders must be entered since UPS is not delivered to P.O. Boxes. UPS is not liable for reaching out to get the customer’s physical address and will most likely refund the package back to us. Any re-shipment costs will be charged to the customer.

However, you agree that you are aware that no two leaves of whole leaf tobacco will ever be the same. Significant variety will exist among leaves of the same type and grade. By placing an order with Leaf Express, you understand that the leaves you receive may not exactly mirror the leaves
pictured in item descriptions. If there is a problem in the standard of quality of your order that comes outside the range of what is required of agricultural products, we will ask for photos to validate the problems and determine eligibility for an exchange or a refund. If for any reason Leaf Express sends you the wrong item we will pay for the delivery costs and replace the item(s) when it is returned to us. The product to be returned must not have been damaged, must include all original contents, and be postmarked no later than a week after we are notified of the return. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping expenses due to incorrectly submitted
information. We will reach out via telephone to confirm the details if you are a first time client with us and have separate billing/shipping information. Your order will be put on hold until we can contact you and confirm the order. In the event we are unable to reach you within a couple of days, your order will be automatically canceled and your payment will be refunded. In the event of an item being omitted from your order, the amount will be refunded to your payment
